Working position

The burner is designed to operate only in the po-
sitions 1, 2 and 4 (Fig. 6).
Installation 1 is preferable, as it is the only one that
WARNING
allows performing maintenance operations as de-
scribed in this manual.
Installation 4 allows working operations but not
maintenance with hooking to the boiler.

Securing the burner to the boiler

Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
 Put on the flange (1) the screw and two nuts (see Fig. 7).
 If
necessary,
widen
gasket 5)(see Fig. 5).
 Fix the flange 1) to the boiler door 4) using screws 2) and (if
necessary) the nuts 3) interposing the insulating gaskets 5),
(see Fig. 9).
The seal between burner and boiler must be
airtight.
WARNING
The burner is designed to allow entry of the
flexible oil lines on either side of the burner.

Verify that the installed burner slopes slightly
downwards (Fig. 10).

Any other position could compromise the correct
operation of the appliance.
The installations 3 and 5 are forbidden for safety
