Page 2 Chair Installation Place the Chair Base upside-down on a soft surface , remove Insert the 5 Casters into the Wheel Base. the screws on the Chair Base. Push firmly to lock them into place. Position the Hydraulics into the Wheel Base and place Position the Tilt Mechanism and the Cushion Gaskets in the the Hydraulic Sleeve over it.
Page 3 Using the ALLEN KEY, unscrew the 4 M8 pre-mounted While firmly pushing SIDE COVERS into place, use the ALLEN screws, attach the backrest to the seat. KEY to secure the SIDE COVERS with the 2 PHILLIPS SCREWS. Starting with the right side, attach the backrest to the metal brackets with the 4 M8 screws using the ALLEN KEY.
Page 4 Features BACKREST RECLINE 4D ARMRESTS TILT TENSION MULTI-TILT MECHANISM Pull up on the lever and slowly lean Press and hold the 1) lever on the Turn the knob clockwise to loosen 1) Right lever( while seated): Pull up back until the preferred position is outside of the armrest to adjust the rocking tension of the chair, to adjust height.
