Enter the login credentials as follows:

Note
-If the router has retained its original configuration as shipped by Cerberus Networks, the password would have been changed. The latest password
can be found in your Cerberus documentation.

If the router was in a factory default state, it will now prompt you to change the password. Please choose a new password and save it for your
records.
