Selecting Tracks to Playback
(Artist, Album, Genre, etc.)
By searching for tracks in the player by " Artist" or "
you can select the tracks you want to listen to.
For details about the displays, see "On folder structure of the Find display"
(  page 35).

Press SEARCH/ MENU.
The Find display appears.

Press / to select a search mode.
If you press  in any mode other than "
Search" mode, playback starts.
For example, when you select " Artist," playback starts from the
first track in the first album of the artist you selected.
All the albums of all the artists listed after the selected artist are
played in the track number order.

To search for more tracks, press

Press / to select an item to play back, and then press
.
Playback starts from the track you selected or the first track of the
item (artist, album, etc.) you selected. All the tracks listed after the
selected items are played in the track number order
