Recording CD by
specifying the track
order
— Program Edit
You can record tracks from the CD in the
order you want. When programming, make
sure the playing times for each side do not
exceed the length of one side of the tape.

Place a CD and close the glass door.
Insert a blank tape into the deck.
Press FUNCTION repeatedly until
"CD" appears.
Press TUNING/PLAY MODE on
the remote repeatedly until "PGM"
appears.
Press ≠º or ‚± (or ≠/
± on the remote) until the desired
track appears.

Total playing time
(including selected
track)
Press ENTER on the remote.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 to program
additional tracks to be recorded on
side A in the order you want them
to be recorded.
Press ∏ on the remote to insert a
pause at the end of side A.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 to program the
tracks to be recorded on side B.
Press r REC on the remote.
The deck stands by for recording and the
CD SYNC and REC lamps on the unit
light up red.
