    Getting help My floppy disk drive cannot write to a disk The floppy disk may be write-protected. Disable the write-protect feature or use a disk that is not write- protected. Check that the disk is properly inserted into the floppy disk drive. When I double-click an application icon, a message such as 'You must insert the application CD into your drive' appears and the software does not start Some titles require specific files that are located on the application CD-ROM.

The reading speed can also vary depending on the type of format.     To avoid the invalidation of your guarantee by mishandling, it is recommended that: You contact your local Sony dealer to install any new internal hardware components. You do not install memory modules yourself, if you are not familiar with upgrading memory on a computer.

    Upgrading your VAIO computer Position the main unit so the back panel is facing you. Locate the tab on the upper right side of the rear panel, and pull it back until the side cover releases. Lift the side cover away from the unit and set it aside. Always wait for the internal parts of the system unit to cool down before removing the side panel.
