4-60 Using the Printing Functions
Display the [Matching] sheet, then specify the following items
as needed:
[Matching Mode]:
[Matching Method]:
[Monitor Profile]:

[Use CanoFine]

[Enhanced Saturation]
(Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003

[Single-page Batch Processing]

Verify the settings, then click [OK].
The [Quality] sheet reappears.
Specifies the color correction method.
Specifies which elements take priority during matching.
Select the appropriate option for the monitor or scanner
in use.
When the [Matching Mode] is set to [Off], colors are
adjusted by brightness without performing matching.
Select this option when you are using CanoFine.
Performs CanoFine processing to enhance the vividness
of the document. This can only be selected if [Use
CanoFine] is selected.
Performs CanoFine processing by treating all of the
bitmap data on a page as a single piece of data. This can
only be selected if [Use CanoFine] is selected.
