Displaying the Printer Status Window
There are two ways to display the Printer Status Window.

Start up by clicking [
the [Page Setup] sheet in the [Printer Properties] dialog box.

Printer Status Window
Shows an animated graphic indicating the current printer status.
The graphic background changes from blue (normal) to orange
when user action is required, or to red when a warning is issued.
Displays the [Consumables/Counters] dialog box. Displays the
icons and messages that indicate the life of each of the toner
cartridges and drum cartridge. Also displays the total number of
printed pages.
Obtains the printer status and refreshes the Printer Status Window
display.
Indicates the progress of the current print job with the number of
printed pages and changing graphic background.
Performs a print job operation (pause, resume, and cancel). When
the job status that you have no access permission for is displayed,
these menus are grayed out.
Displays the document name, user name, and computer name for
the print job.
Indicates how the printer is connected (Local or Network).
Instructions for operating the menu are displayed during menu
operation.
