Troubleshooting

The information in the following troubleshooting chart may help you diagnose and/or fix a
problem you may be experiencing. Please review this chart before calling for Customer Care
Centre.
Problems
Inlet and outlet
fittings leaking.
LED display does
not glow and no hot
water.
LED display glows
and no hot water.
Touch buttons not
working.
Water too hot.
Water too cold.
Outlet water flow
gets reduced over
time.
Foul smell from hot
water.
Possible Cause(s)
Fittings not tight.
Rubber washer worn-out at the
inlet.
No power supply to the heater.
PCB problem.
Thermal cut-out tripped.
Step down transformer problem.
Check water supply.
Check for blockage at the inlet.
Heating element or Triac problem.
Water droplets on LED display.
Water pressure too low.
Touch buttons or PCB damage.
Set temperature is high.
Inlet water flow is low.
Set temperature is low.
Inlet water flow is high.
Inlet strainer or shower clogged.
Heating chamber clogged.
Presence of organic matter in input
water.
High electrical conductivity of
water due to dissolved solids in
input water.
Solution
Tighten fittings.
Replace Rubber washer at the
inlet.
Check and connect power supply
to the heater.
Call Customer Care Centre.
Call Customer Care Centre.

Turn ON water supply.
Remove blockage at the inlet.
Call Customer Care Centre.
Wipe water droplets on LED
display.
Open inlet valve completely to get
water.
Call Customer Care Centre.
Set to lower temperature.
Increase inlet water flow.
Set to higher temperature.
Reduce water flow.
Remove blockage at the inlet or
clean the shower.
Call Customer Care Centre.
Provide treated water at the input.
Call Customer Care Centre.
