Adding a New Contacts Entry

You can use either of two methods to add an entirely new entry to
Contacts.
Dial Method
1. Using the keypad, enter the number you wish to add to
your Contacts.
Press Save. The following options display on the screen:

• Create New: Creates a new Contacts entry.
• Update Existing: Adds the number you entered to an existing
Contacts entry.
Select Create New.

Select the number type that matches your new entry

(Mobile, Home, Work, Pager, or Fax). The New Contact screen
displays on the screen.
Enter a name to associate with the Contacts entry.

Press Save to save the entry.

The New Contact screen displays on the screen with the
Name field highlighted.
Enter the name of the new entry using the keypad. (For

Select the number type that matches your new entry

Enter a phone number or Email address in the highlighted

Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed.

In standby mode, press Contacts and locate the Contacts
