• Pull the tabs on each side of the lid out while lifting the lid off of
the pail.
Hint: Place your foot on the foot plate to keep the pail flat on the floor.
• Dispose of the trash bag.
• To place a new trash bag into the pail, please follow "Installing a Trash
Bag" steps 2-4.
