Connecting peripheral devices

Universal Serial Bus (USB) Device

USB ports are included to provide
state-of-the-art technology. You
may need to install software
(device drivers) supplied with your
USB device before using the USB
device.
Read the manual supplied with
your USB device carefully for more
information on installation and
use.
You can connect the optional
Sony USB mouse (PCGA-UMS1).
As the driver for PCGA-UMS1 is
preinstalled on your computer,
you can use this PCGA-UMS1
USB mouse by just connecting it.
To use the supplied floppy disk
drive and the USB mouse at the
same time, connect the i.LINK™
port replicator to your computer
and plug the USB device to the
USB connector on the i.LINK™
port replicator.
