CD-ROM Drive

When the computer is in

uspend or ystem Hibernation
mode, you cannot insert a disc.
The procedures for connecting the
CD-ROM drive may vary,
depending on the CD-ROM drive.
See the manual supplied with
your CD-ROM drive for more
information on use.
To enjoy audio CDs, you need to
connect the optional PCGA-CD51
CD-ROM drive.
To play an audio CD with the
PCGA-CD5 CD-ROM drive*,
connect headphones or external
speakers to your CD-ROM drive
and change the settings as below:
1> Click the Start button, select
Settings and click Control Panel;
2> Click the Multimedia icon
3> Click the Music CD tab and
make sure the "Enable digital CD
audio for this CD-ROM device"
box is unchecked.
