Customizing Your Notebook Computer
Selecting the Display mode
If you cannot see the movie or
DVD on the external display, set
the external display to Primary
by proceeding as follows: Select
the Displays tab and uncheck
the Monitor or TV bottom left
button to change it from
Secondary to Primary.
Depending on the type of
external display and projector
you are using, you may not be
able to display the computer
LCD simultaneously.
Selecting the Display mode
This notebook computer uses the ATI video controller. You can select which display is
used when the computer is connected to an external display.

Click the Start button, select Settings and then click Control Panel.

The Control Panel appears.

Double-click Display.

The Display Properties dialog box appears.

Click the Settings tab.

Click the Advanced button.

The Rage Mobility-M1 PCI dialog box appears.

Click the Displays tab to set the display settings. For details, click the Help button
on the bottom right.
