This is a phenomenon that occurs with digital cameras and does
not constitute a malfunction.
Raise the flash so that it can fire.

Set the video system to the appropriate setting, NTSC or PAL, for
your TV.
The output will not appear on a TV monitor in
mode. Cancel the Stitch Assist mode.
Use a memory card formatted with this camera.
