HEARTH TECHNOLOGIES INC., located at 20802 Kensington Boulevard, Lakeville, MN 55044, (“HEARTH”) warrants to the original owner that your new ROYAL Gas Fireplace (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. During the first year, HEARTH will replace or repair, at its discretion, any defective components (not limited to steel and cast iron components) at its sole cost and expense, including payment of all reasonable labor costs incurred in replacing or repairing such components.
