HEARTH TECHNOLOGIES INC., located at 20802 Kensington Boulevard, Lakeville, MN 55044, (“HEARTH”) warrants to the original owner that your new ROYAL Gas Fireplace (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation.
