W hen caring fo r the g r a te r/filte r ab id e b y the fo llow in g rules:

The g r a te r/filte r should be washed w ith a soft brush.

Do not use cleaners containing bleach and metal brushes.

It is necessary to re place the g r a te r /filte r in case o f a n y
da m age .

HELPFUL HINTS

► The ju ic e r can process apples, carrots, pears,
cucum bers, tom atoes, pine apples, beetroots,
ce le ry stalks, lettuce leaves, spinach, melons,
pom egranates, grapes. Thick peels those o f a
pine apple need to be removed. D o n 't remove
thin peels fro m apples, carrots, beetroots. Just
w ash th o ro u g h ly w ith the brush.
► Fruits containing starch such as bananas, papayas, avocados,
figs, mangoes are not suitable fo r processing in the juice extrac­
tor. Use a food processor o r a blender to process them.
► M ake juice from fresh vegetables, do not process over-ripe fruit.
The juicier the product, the more juice you get. The juice m ay
contain up to 3 0 % pulp depending on the product. It is normal
to have pulp content in the juice.
► W hen using ove r-rip e o r soft apples, pears etc. the pulp content
m ay be h igh er than usual.
► A p p le juice qu ickly turns brow n. To slow do w n this process, add
a couple o f drops o f lemon juice.
► To e x tra c t the m axim um a m o u n t o f juice, a lw a y s press the
pusher do w n slow ly.
► It is recommended to serve the juice im m ediately after making.

SAFETY MEASURES

W h e n using y o u r appliance , the fo llo w in g basic

► Before using fo r the first time, check that the a p ­
pliance volta ge is the same as y o u r local supply.

lated b y the instructions.

the a p pliance w here it could come into contact w ith w a te r o r
o th e r liquid s.
If the a p p lia n c e comes in co n ta ct w ith w a te r,
im m e diate ly disconnect it from the mains. Do not use the m a­
chine again until it has been serviced b y a n a u th o r iz e d s e r­
vic e c e n te r.
► Do not let children use the appliance w ithou t supervision.
