9. DESCRIZIONE GENERALE DELLA MACCHINA - GENERAL
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

qualità dei materiali costruttivi
I materiali costruttivi utilizzati attribuiscono non
solo un'estrema robustezza alla torre, ma
rappresentano
anche
longevità, in quanto sono inattaccabili dai
fenomeni di deterioramento quali la ruggine. La
possibilità di abbassare la torre è un fattore
fondamentale
movimentazione e dei trasporti. La torre faro
può essere messa in opera e utilizzata da un
solo operatore qualificato con la massima
sicurezza. I proiettori utilizzati sulla torre faro,
completi di lampada, forniti da produttori
certificati, sono accuratamente testati così
come tutti i componenti della macchina.
10. PERIODO DI INATTIVITÀ - PERIOD OF INACTIVITY
10.1 CONTROLLI SUL GENERTORE – GENERSTOR CHECKS
Qualora si debba fermare la macchina per un
lungo periodo di tempo (maggiore di un anno)
è consigliato lasciare olio motore, carburante
all'interno del motore onde evitare ossidazioni;
scollegare anche i cavi della batteria. Alla
ripresa in esercizio i liquidi dovranno essere
sostituiti, la batteria ripristinata e dovranno
essere ispezionate le cinghie, le tubature, i
giunti in gomma e la loro tenuta e infine dovrà
essere effettuato un sopralluogo visivo dei
cablaggi elettrici.
10.2 CONTROLLI SULLE BATTERIE STORAGE – BATTERY STORAGE CHECKS
Se le batterie di storage non vengono utilizzate
per un lungo periodo, si suggerisce di eseguire
una carica completa delle stesse ogni sei mesi.
Questo per ripristinare la carica completa delle
batterie stesse.
Il
fornitore
delle
autoscarica < 2% al mese a 20°C, che
permette 6 mesi di stoccaggio senza ricarica.

The unit is featured by means of components
and materials that guarantee not only an

extreme strength of the system, but allow too
unit's longevity and reliability; all metallic
parts are protected against oxidation. The
capability to lowering the unit's mast allows
great advantages in the field of the movement
and the transports. The tower can be safe
installed and handled by a single qualified
operator. LEDs floodlights installed, supplied
by certified suppliers, are carefully tested as
well as all the unit's components.
If the unit has to be put at rest for a long
period (more than one year), it is suggest to
keep the oil and the fuel inside the engine, in
order to avoid oxidizing effects; it is suggest
to disconnect also the crank battery.
When the unit has to be prepared to run
again, the liquids shall be replaced, the crank
battery shall be re-charged (if needed); belts,
pipes, rubber hoses shall be checked and a
visual inspections of the electric connections
shall be carried out.
If the storage batteries have to be put at rest
for a long period it is suggest to carry out a
complete charging procedure every 6 month.
This to ensure to restore the full storage
battery capacity.
The batteries supplier, due to < 2% self-
discharge per month at 20°C allows 6 months
shelf life.
