• ASSEMBLING T HE H AND-­‐AGITATOR ( FIG. F )
Place t he a ppliance w ith t he i nserted w hisk o r d ough h ook o n t he h ead o f t he s tand

and slide it backwards until the locking knob is firmly locked in the opening of the
agitator. T hen t urn t he l ocking k nob c lockwise u ntil i t s tops a nd t he p rotruding p art
of t he k nob i s v ertical.
Press t he r elease b utton a nd t ilt t he a gitator w ith h older b ackwards.

Place t he b owl, w ith t he m ixture i nside, o n t he s tand.
o
If n ecessary, u se t he e xtra s patula f or t he b owl ( 13) a s s hown i n F igure F .
o
Tilt the holder with the hand agitator forwards again until you hear it click into
o
place.
When you turn the agitator on, the bowl starts rotating and the holder with the
o
hand m ixer o scillates.

Turn t he a ppliance o ff a nd l ift t he h older w ith t he h and m ixer b ack.

Using t he r elease b utton, r emove t he w hisks o r d ough h ooks f rom t he a ppliance.

Remove t he b owl w ith t he m ixed/whisked c ontents.
o
Turn the locking knob anti-­‐clockwise until it stops and pull the agitator out of the

holder.
