SECTION TWO

STARTING YOUR LIFEBOOK B112

FROM FUJITSU
This section describes the processes of starting
your LifeBook for the first time, initial software
setup and registration.

POWER SOURCES

Your notebook has four possible power sources:
the primary Lithium ion battery; the AC adapter;
an optional auto/airline adapter; or an optional
dual Lithium ion battery configuration.
C A U T I O N
The primary Lithium ion battery is not
fully charged when you purchase your
notebook. Initially you will need to con-
nect the AC adapter or the auto/airline
adapter to use your notebook. If you pur-
chase a second Lithium ion battery it will
not be charged when you get it. You will
need to charge it prior to use. It can take
10
up to four (4) hours to charge a single
battery if your notebook is turned off or
is in Suspend mode. If your notebook is
in use it can take up to nine (9) hours
or more to charge a single battery in
your notebook.
