If you still have difficulties after following the instructions in this section,
disconnect the AC adaptor, then reconnect the AC adaptor.

Cause/solution
R The telephone line cord has not been
connected yet or not connected properly.
Check the connections (page 8).
R The call block list memory is full. Erase
unwanted entries (page 13).
R The allow list memory is full. Erase unwanted
entries (page 14).
R Invalid code or character is entered. Try again.
R You must subscribe to a Caller ID service.
Once you receive caller information after
subscribing to a Caller ID service, this
message will not be displayed.
Cause/solution
R Check the connections (page 8).
R Unplug the AC adaptor to reset the unit.
Reconnect the adaptor and try again.
R Change the display language (page 10).
