2 Introduction

2.1 General Overview

Tripp Lite's SU1500LCD1U and SU2000LCD1U true on-line double-conversion 1U UPS systems providing reliable and
consistent sine-wave quality power to your equipment. These UPS systems support network servers, unified communications
systems, professional workstations and other network and desktop IT equipment.
Each model has user-replaceable, hot-swappable internal batteries. For replacement batteries, visit tripplite.com/support.

2.2 Package Inspection

1. Check the rating label on the UPS and ensure the model number and capacity match your order.
2. Examine if any parts are loose or damaged.

2. If the UPS needs to be returned, first contact Tripp Lite Support for instructions and an RMA number. Carefully repack the UPS and all of
the accessories using the original packing material that came with the unit. It is recommended to retain all original packing materials.
