4-6-2. OCB Self Power Supply Test
1.
Remove AC Power to the OCB & Remove Cover (follow Disassembly Procedure)
2.
Connect Discharge Tool across leads of each large Capacitors to remove its charge.
3.
Remove Connector CNM803 (to activate OCB Power Supply when AC line is applied)
4.
Connect TV Backlight Test Cable.

for 12.8Vdc on pins 7,8,9,10 at on test cable at OCB connector

IMPORTANT: For Safety NEVER Test CNM803 exposed connector pins without test cable connected.
B350
for approx 346Vdc at pins 15 & 16 is activated.

while using important B-GND reference at pins 19 & 20
•
If missing or errors, replace OCB Power Supply
IF TEST CABLE IS NOT AVAILABLE

Perform steps 1 through 3

for 12.8Vdc at board locations Labeled A11.8V and AGND

B350
for approx 346Vdc at board test wire locations Labeled B332V and BGND
