SYMPTOM : TV Power'S On with No video or Continuous Rebooting
1.
Power the TV "Off"
2.
Unplug One Connect Cable to the TV and OC.
3.
Power the TV "ON"
4.
If still problem ;
Replace defective :
Disassembly

Remove 3 Bottom Cover screws at Arrow
Markings on the Cover.

Use New Open Tool or a similar tool at each
Bottom tab to release top Cover.

Turn One Connect Box upright and Remove Top
Cover.
