Problem
The appliance makes
an unusual noise and
vibrates.
The programme dura‐
tion increases or de‐
creases during pro‐
gramme execution.
The washing results
are not satisfactory.
Too much foam in the
drum during the wash‐
ing cycle.
The detergent/fabric
softener level does not
decrease in the Auto‐
Dose tanks after wash‐
ing.
After the washing cy‐
cle, there are some
detergent residues in
the dispenser drawer.
After the check, activate the appliance. The programme continues
from the point of interruption.
If the problem occurs again, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
The necessary data for the service centre are on the rating plate.
Possible solution
Make sure the levelling of the appliance is correct. Refer to
"Installation instruction".
Make sure that the packaging and/or the transit bolts are re‐
moved. Refer to "Installation instruction".
Add more laundry in the drum. The load may be too small.
The ProSense Technology is able to adjust the programme
duration according to the type and the laundry load size. Refer
to "The ProSense Technology load detection" in "Daily Use"
chapter.
Increase the detergent quantity or use a different detergent.
Use special products to remove the stubborn stains before
you wash the laundry.
Make sure that you set the correct temperature.
Decrease the laundry load.
When using AutoDose tanks, make sure that they are not
empty.
When using AutoDose tanks, verify the pre-set detergent/
fabric softener dosage. Refer to "Basic setting" paragraph in
"The AutoDose Technology" chapter.
Make sure that you have cleaned the AutoDose tanks before
using different brand and type of detergent, fabric softener or
other additives.
Reduce the quantity of detergent.
When using AutoDose tanks, verify the pre-set detergent/
fabric softener dosage. Refer to "Basic setting" paragraph in
"The AutoDose Technology" chapter.
This is normal: tanks are quite large and detergent consump‐
tion may be not so evident.
Make sure that the flap is in the correct position (UP for pow‐
der detergent - DOWN for liquid detergent).
Make sure you have used the detergent dispenser according
the indications given in this user manual.
