When fan grilling, please note:

Always grill with the oven door closed.

The grill pan does not need to be as close to the grill as possible.

Cleaning function
This function heats water to approximately 90°C (for a preset time of
30 minutes, temperature is adjustable) which will help to loosen any
stubborn stains or dirt inside the oven and make it easier to clean the
interior manually.
Select the function (see table on page 9) and press
