All model types can substitute the fi ltering mesh that the units include
regularly with G4 rating, mounted on the same frames. Creased
opacimetric fi lters classifi ed F6 to F9, as well as double stage F+F
creased opacimetric fi lters, can also be added.
Creased opacimetric fi lters
Note: the access panel to the fi lters is fi tted with quarter-turn latches
(models 90 to 180) or hinges + quarter-turn latches (models 200 to
360). These latches of stainless steel have triangular insert 8 mm. The
closing mode is described in the chapter of "Maintenance".

Hot water coil

- Hot water coil with a three-way valve managed by the electronic
control of the unit. The water coil could be activated in the following
cases:
• As a support in HEATING mode, as the fi rst stage or subsequently
with the input of all the available compressors.
• As support in HEATING mode in accordance with the outlet
temperature.
• During the defrosting operation if selected as support.
• With the unit running or shut down if an anti-freeze alarm is
triggered.
• With the unit stopped when the outdoor temperature drops below
4ºC. In this case the circulation pump of the water circuit will be
connected.
• As support in COOLING mode in accordance with the return and
the oultlet temperatures.
The pump of the water circuit has to be activated whenever the 3-way
valve is switched on. It is the installer's responsibility to connect
the pump to the electronic control, except with the factory-installed
GREAT COLD option. Consult the electrical scheme supplied with
the unit.

Note: Refer to the operation mode of the pump with the GREAT
COLD option in the chapter "Safety elements".
- Assembly inside the unit. The inlet/outlet connections of the hot water
coil are located inside the unit. The connection can be established
via the unit base using fl exible piping or via the side panel.
In the diagram below the position of the sheet metal precuts is shown
on the side panel.

- Coil fi lling:
• The coil fi lling must be made with the bleeder valve open until
water runs through it, which is when it is time to close it.
• Cut off the water supply and let the bubbles generated go up to
the highest coil point, which is the same as the bleeder valve, and
eliminate by opening the purger.
• Pour more water into the circuit and repeat the previous steps.
• Activate the water pump (to be foreseen by the installer) and
repeat the previous steps until no air noises are heard in the piping,
which is when the fi lling of the installation will have been fi nished
successfully.
- In case of long unit stops, and forcibly if they happen in the winter
season, the coil must be emptied.
- To prevent the water from freezing, with this option the unit always
has an anti-freezing thermostat. Add glycol to the water if necessary.
With the GREAT COLD option, it is necessary to consult for glycol
percentages higher than 20%.
- The direction of the water fl ow must be correct and so the following
indications must be observed:
