3.4 Service Schedule—9- -32EOZD and 7- -27EFOZD Models
Perform Service at Intervals

FUEL SYSTEM
Check the fuel level and fill as necessary
Check for any unusual noise [
Remove the sediment from the fuel tank and drain
the fuel tank [

Bleed the fuel system (if encountering hard starting)
Replace the fuel filter element *
Fuel/water separator draining *
Fuel/water separator cleaning *
Inspect the fuel injection nozzle pressure *[]
Adjust the fuel injection timing *[]
Inspect and adjust the fuel injection pump *[]
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Check the crankcase oil level and add oil as
necessary
Replace the oil in the crankcase *
Replace the lube oil filter element *
COOLING SYSTEM
Check the coolant level and fill as necessary *
Check the seawater outlet and clean as necessary
Check/adjust the seawater pump belt tension *
Check the function of the siphon break, if equipped
Check the heat exchanger anticorrosion zinc
condition, if equipped *
Check/replace the seawater pump impeller *[
Replace the coolant *[
Replace the heat exchanger anticorrosion zinc
anode, if equipped *[
* Requires removal of the sound shield door, if installed
