• If an Ethernet port and a LAN are assigned to same VLAN profile, you cannot change
the VLAN profile for the LAN until you assign the Ethernet port to a different VLAN
profile.
To change the VLAN profile for a LAN:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your
Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com.
A login window displays.
If your browser does not display a login window but displays a security warning and
does not let you proceed, see Resolve a browser security warning on page 28.
3. Enter the admin user name and password.
The user name is admin. The password is the one that you specified the first time
that you logged in. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
The BASIC Home page displays.
4. Select ADVANCED > Setup > LAN Setup.
The LAN Setup page for LAN 1 displays.
5. Select the tab (LAN 2, LAN 3, LAN 4, or LAN 5) for the LAN for which you want to
change the VLAN profile.
You cannot change the VLAN profile for LAN 1.
The page for the selected LAN displays.
6. From the VLAN Profile menu, select another VLAN profile.
7. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
Enable, change, or disable the VLAN profile for a WiFi
network
By default, the VLANs are not enabled for the WLANs, except for VLAN 40, which is
enabled for the Guest Portal.
To enabled, change, or disable the VLAN profile for a WiFi network:
1. Launch a web browser from a computer or mobile device that is connected to your
Orbi network.
2. Enter orbilogin.com.
A login window displays.
