Attach the side covers (A) to the Power bar
on both sides.
If the Pixel cards are already installed:
Place the frame cover sides next to the edge
of the LED Wall.
With the Service tool (Figure 107, p. 74),
remove those Pixel cards that cover the
Screw connection anchors (B) that connect to
the frame covers.
You need to have access to the Screw
connection anchors (B) from the inside of the
cabinet.
Before mounting the frame covers on the LED Wall, assemble the frame on the
ground in front of the LED Wall.
Attach the frame cover links to the top frame
cover with the pre-installed screw (D).
Attach the frame cover sides to the frame
cover top and links with the pre-installed
screw (D)
With two people, carefully lift the frame
cover and place it onto the LED Wall.
Align the slot nuts in the frame covers with
the Screw connection anchors.
Ensure there is no gap between the frame
cover sides and the side cover for the Power
bar.
Attach the frame cover sides to the LED Wall by screwing the M8×16 screws (C)
through the Screw connection anchors into the slot nuts.
