Return procedure

Enclose the delivery note, the return goods delivery note and the decontamination
declaration in a clear plastic pouch and attach it firmly to the outside of the packag-
ing. Any devices/replacement parts which are returned without a decontamination
declaration will be cleaned at your expense before further processing.

With this declaration you warrant "that the device/replacement part has been careful-
ly cleaned and is free of residues. The device/replacement part does not pose a haz-
ard for humans and the environment."
If the returned device/replacement part has come into contact with poisonous, cor-
rosive, flammable or water-contaminating substances, you must thoroughly clean
and decontaminate the device/replacement part before returning it in order to en-
sure that all hollow areas are free from hazardous substances. Check the item after it
has been cleaned.
Any devices/replacement parts returned without a decontamination declaration will
be cleaned at your expense before further processing.
