To delete caller ID history entries

To delete a caller ID history entry:
1. While reviewing the caller ID history, press
browse through the caller ID history and find the entry.
2. Press /DELETE to delete the displayed entry from
MUTE
the caller ID history. The screen shows DELETING... with a
confirmation tone. Once an entry is deleted, you cannot retrieve it.
To delete all caller ID history entries:
1. Press MENU/
2. Press or
DIR
/SELECT.

3. Press or
DIR
/SELECT. The screen shows DELETE ALL CALLS?
MENU
/SELECT to delete all entries from the caller ID
4. Press
MENU
history. The screen shows DELETING... with a confirmation
tone. Once entries are deleted, you cannot retrieve them.

Press OFF/
caller ID history intact.

Saving a caller ID history entry in the directory

1. While reviewing the caller ID history, press
browse through the caller ID history and find the desired
entry.
2. Press /SELECT. The screen shows EDIT NUMBER.

3. Use the dial pad keys to modify the telephone number (up
to 24 digits).
• Press
DIR
• Press and hold
dialing pause (a P appears).
• Press
MUTE
• Press and hold
in idle mode.
SELECT
to scroll to >CALL LOG. Press
CID
to scroll to >DEL ALL CALLS. Press
CID
to exit and leave all entries in the
CLEAR
or to move the cursor to the right or left.
CID
/PAUSE to enter a three-second
REDIAL
/DELETE to erase digits.
/DELETE to erase all digits.
