Roasting / Baking Chart
Place meat or poultry in a baking container, cover baking container with
aluminum foil or glass lid. Using oven mitts, carefully place baking container on
grill, cover grill with lid to keep in moisture.

Note: The United States Department of Agriculture recommends that
meat and poultry be cooked to the following internal temperatures to be
sure any harmful bacteria has been killed. Ground turkey and chicken
should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F and ground beef,
veal lamb and pork be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F.
Chicken and turkey should be cooked to an internal temperature of
170°F for white meat and 180°F for dark meat. Goose and duck should
be cooked to an internal temperature of180°F. Fresh beef, veal and
lamb, ect. should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F. Fresh
pork should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 160°F.
When re-heating meat and poultry products, they should also be cooked
to an internal temperature of 165°F.

SOLUTION
Always use heatproof
plastic, nylon or wood
utensils to avoid
scratching nonstick
surface of grill plate. Never
use metal skewers, tongs,
forks or knives.
Always preheat grill at

Use nylon scrubbing pad
and hot, soapy water to
clean grill plate. Do not
use steel wool scrubbing
pads or abrasive
cleaners to clean grill.
Use COOkING CHART
as a guide and check
food at lowest time
stated on chart.
Check to be sure
appliance is plugged into
working outlet.
Dry grill plates
immediately after washing.
