STEP 3: Install the console
Apply the foam spacers
• Peel off tape from right-hand foam spacer
• To affix, orient the right-hand spacer inside the right-hand
console bin wall with the 45˚ corner pointed to the rear console.
Rest foam spacer on console bin ledge. Press the 45˚ angled
corner into the rear corner. Once aligned, proceed to press
rest of spacer into place.
• Repeat with left hand side
Install the refrigerator
• With the refrigerator unit set upright near the console bin,
plug the 12 V DC cord into the power supply
• Gently rock the unit from left to right while lowering the unit
into the console until locked. You will know it is fully seated
when the receptacle locks engage and the top edges of the
refrigerator unit and the console are level
STEP 4: Power connection & finishing touches
• Remove the temporary tape holding the black fan wire.
Route the fan wire away from the fan blades and connect it
to the fan power plug.
• Gently push the connected fan wires back into the opening
to protect them from the fan blades
• Start the vehicle engine. Press the ON/OFF button for one second
to turn the refrigerator unit on. Listen for the condenser fan
• Turn the refrigerator off by holding the ON/OFF button for
one second again
• Turn the vehicle engine off
• Ensure the twist lock horizontal tabs fit under the front lip
of the console bin
• Turn each twist lock clockwise with a Phillips screwdriver
until the horizontal tabs are snug against console bin
• Align the vented closeout tray over the fan housing and snap it
into place
Notes
:
* Review troubleshooting guide if you do not hear condenser fan, the light doesn't turn on, or the condenser fan doesn't start.
** Avoid lifting the weight of the refrigerator unit by the plastic edges, otherwise damage to the edges could occur.
Do not leave the refrigerator unit in an inverted position or run the compressor soon after having the refrigerator in an inverted position,
otherwise damage to the compressor could occur.
Avoid pinching, crushing, or breaking the wires or power cord, otherwise damage to the refrigerator unit could occur.
