Printing on a Macintosh

After you create your document in a software program, follow the steps in one of these
sections to print:
For Macintosh OS 8.6 to 9.x applications, see the next section.
For Macintosh OS X applications, see page 18.

Printing with OS 8.6 to 9.x

Before you begin, make sure you selected your printer in the Chooser as described on
the Start Here sheet.
1. From the File menu, select

your printer is active. If you don't see it, select your printer in the Chooser.
3. Select the correct Paper Size and Orientation. You can also make these settings:
Customize
Rotate by 180°
Double-Sided Printing
Reduce or Enlarge
original size, or enlarge it to 400 percent.

: Lets you define a custom paper size.
: Rotates the image 180° on the page.
