Editing a speed dial entry
1. Press the [ Fax] button once to enter Fax
mode. The [ Fax] button lights up and
you see this screen.

2. Press the F [F Setup] button. You see this
screen.

3. Press the u or d button, or press the 3 key on the
numeric keypad, to select 3.Speed Dial Setup.

4. Press the x OK button. You see this screen.

5. Press the u or d button, or press the 2 key on the
numeric keypad, to select 2.Edit Entry.

Press the x OK button. You see the first speed

dial entry number and name displayed.
7. Press the u or d button to select the entry you
want to change and press the x OK button.
8. The screen displays Telephone Number:. Then
press the x OK button.
9. The phone number for the selected entry is
displayed. Press the r button to move to the
digits you want to edit. Press the number keys to
enter new numbers or press the l button to
delete digits to the left.
When you are finished, press the x OK button.
10. The screen displays Name:. Then press the
x OK button.
11. The name for the selected entry is displayed. Edit
the name the same way as in step 9. When you
are finished, press the x OK button. You return
to 2.Edit Entry.
12. Press the y Stop [y Cancel/Back] button until
you return to the first screen.
Deleting a speed dial entry
1. Press the [ Fax] button once to enter Fax
mode. The [ Fax] button lights up and
you see this screen.

2. Press the F [F Setup] button. You see this
screen.

numeric keypad, to select 3.Delete Entry.

Press the x OK button. You see the first speed

7. Press the u or d button to select the entry you
want to delete and press the x OK button.
8. You see the confirmation message. Press the
1 key (for Yes) to delete the entry, or press the
2 key (for No) to cancel. You return to 3.Delete
Entry.
9. Press the y Stop [y Cancel/Back] button until
you return to the first screen.
Printing your speed dial list
1. Load A4-size plain paper (& page 15).
2. Press the [ Fax] button once to enter Fax
mode. The [ Fax] button lights up and
you see this screen.
