This jumper may depend on two conditions:
A. For motherboard which supports STR, Jumper JP6 is reserved for some
power supply. If standby power is not enough (e.g. less than 750 mA), JP6
should be open. The default setting is short.
B. For motherboard which do not support STR, JP6 should always be open.
