Section 10: Installing the Burner Accessories
Installing the Firestones
The Montigo Custom Firepit with Concealed Burner is
supplied with firestone glass media. Place the firestones
randomly across the pan and the burners as described in
Figure 14 to 14d.
Note: Only cover the burner with one layer of designer fire-
stones.

layer of firestones cover the surface).

there are no firestones covering the pilot .

If the firestones are not placed properly (ONE LAYER
ONLY) on burners, excessive sooting will result. The fire-
stones will get very hot while the fireplace is in operation,
CAUTION!
and should not be handled until cool.
