In DTF, one track set is composed of four helical
tracks, and has the configuration shown above for
managing data. The DIT, data area, etc., mentioned in
"Tape Layout of DTF" are composed of these track
sets.
Format Identification: This indicates that the tape is
formatted in DTF, and is always FFFF0000
Subcode: This area manages the attributes of the ID.
User Data: This area stores the user's data.
Block Management Table: This table manages the
logical blocks based on the SCSI standards.
End Code of Track Set: This indicates the end of a
track set, and is always 0F0F0F0F
