  • Page 132 Do not exchange the module before the magnet, loaded on the armature ring has been checked If the unit comes into the service and it doesn't work at all, or particularly it spins a quarter only, the magnet ring must be checked regarding polarity.
  • Page 133 Detector foil makes magnetic fields visible Use a detector foil and check the four single areas at the flywheel between the four borders (red lines). If the picture shows a very clear border as shown below, the flywheel seems to be ok. All four invisible boundaries must be checked.
  • Page 134 Damaged Flywheel If there is a line (in addition) between the boundaries as shown below, a repolarization has taken place, with the Boundary of the consequences, the armature has flywheel area damaged and must be replaced. All four areas of the flywheel must be checked.
