Battery removal and installation
Follow these steps:
1.
Power down the server and unplug the power cord.
2.
Open the top cover. See "PCI Express card removal and installation" on page 38.
3.
Remove the air duct. See "Air duct removal and installation" on page 41.
4.
Locate the coin battery.
5.
Remove the coin battery and replace it with a new one of the same type.
6.
Connect the power and data cables to the optical drive.
