Replacing a 5.25-inch storage device (optional)

Note: If you are installing a new drive in an empty drive bay, skip steps 2 to
4.
To replace a 5.25-inch storage device:
1. Open the front panel door and remove the left panel. See page 33 for more
information on opening the housing panels.
2. Detach the power cable and the signal cable from the drive.
3. Detach the 5.25-inch drive and rails by removing two screws. Keep the screws
for later use.
4. Remove the rails from the old drive by removing four screws. Keep the
screws for later use.
