10.0 TROUBLE SHOOTING

TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE COMPLETELY AND LET COOL BEFORE SERVICING. ONLY A
QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON SHOULD SERVICE AND REPAIR THIS ELECTRIC APPLIANCE.
SYMPTOM
Timer does not work
Heater shuts off automatically
Appliance develops noise
Dim or no flame
No warm air coming out of
appliance
Appliance turns off and will not
turn on
Remote control does not work

PROBLEMTEST
There is something wrong with the
circuit board
Appliance's fuse has blown
Room is too warm
Reflector moved in transit
LED circuit board is burned out
There is something wrong with
the circuit board
Transformer is broken
Room temperature is higher than
the appliance setting (if it is set
to room temperature)
Heater is burnt out
Appliance has overheated and
safety device has caused the
thermal switch to disconnect
House circuit breaker has tripped
Appliance's fuse has blown
Low batteries
SOLUTION
Replace the circuit board (CHP-002)
Replace the fuse (CHP-012)
The heater has a built-in thermostat so it will
shut off automatically once the pre-set
temperature is reached. It will also turn on
automatically if the room temperature drops
below the pre-set temperature
Fix the screws on the mirror glass (CHP-007)
Replace the LED circuit board (CHP-001)
Replace the circuit board (CHP-002)
Replace the transformer (CHP-008)
Set the appliance to a high or low heat setting
Inspect the blower and heater assembly
(CHP-003) and replace it if necessary
Unplug the appliance, allow appliance to
cool for 15 minutes, then plug it back in
Reset house circuit breaker
Replace the fuse(CHP-012)
Replace battery in remote control
