Footswitch Test
Plug footswitch into the footswitch jack on the

M01 rear panel. Press the footswitch several
times.

Setup / Procedures:
· Plug P3 Power Supply into DUT rear panel (remove power and re-apply power if in diagnostic mode)
· Plug Power Cable into Studio 12R (X3) or equivalent mixer
· Plug CD Player Outputs into DUT Inputs
· Plug DUT Outputs into X3 Inputs 1-2
· Plug Headphones into X3 Headphone Output
Audio Listening Test
Press [BYPASS] on DUT

Play music on CD player.

Setup / Procedures:
The ModFX link fixture consists of two ModFX that are known to be of good quality. The two ModFX
units are known as the 1RU (First Reference Unit) and the 2RU (Second Reference Unit). LINK out is
the DB9 connector on the right side of the unit. LINK in is the DB9 connector on the left side of the unit.
· Plug CD Player Outputs into the 1RU Inputs
· Plug 2RU outputs into X3 Inputs 1-2
· Plug headphones into X3 headphone output
· Plug DUT into the LINK out port of the 1RU
· Plug 2RU into the LINK out port of the DUT
