Steering friction adjuster

A friction device provides adjustable resis-
tance to the steering mechanism, and can be
set according to operator preference. An ad-
justing screw or bolt is located on the swivel
bracket.
To increase resistance, turn the adjuster
clockwise.
To decrease resistance, turn the adjuster
counterclockwise.
