Problem
The "INTENZA+" filter
cannot be inserted.
The "INTENZA+" filter
cannot be activated.
There is some water
under the machine.
The machine is in
DEMO mode.

Cause
Remove the air from the filter.
The tank still contains some water.
The rubber seal is not inserted on
the "INTENZA+" filter.
Another filter is already active
The drip tray is too full and has
spilled over.
Once switching on the machine,
a combination of (HOME
CLEAN/SET – HOME
- CLEAN/SET ) buttons had
clean/setting
been pressed.

INTENZA+ water filter
Solution
Let the air bubbles flow out of the filter.
Empty the water tank before installing the filter.
Check the packaging and insert the seal on the
"INTENZA+" filter.
The machine indicates the filter usage in
percentage.
However, if you want to activate a new filter
before the one currently in use has expired, the
latter must be deactivated first as described in
section "Replacing INTENZA+ water filter"
Empty the drip tray when the indicator appears
though the tray. Always empty the drip tray
before starting the descaling procedure.
Switch the machine off and back on again by
pressing the ON/OFF

panel.
