3. The valve body is separated from the valve body. The valve body should be horizontally mounted on the liquid
refrigerant pipe, as shown in Figure 3-18, and pay attention to the arrow on the valve body which indicate the flow
direction of refrigerant, be sure the arrow point to the indoor unit.

4. After welding, mount the solenoid coil. Open the cover of the wiring terminal, lead
entry hole
, and press the cable into two terminals as shown in Figure 3-19, then restore the cover.

5. Put the solenoid valve on the body, press tightly so as to coil and body completely fastening, as shown in Figure
3-20.

3.4.6 Charging Refrigerant And Adding Refrigeration Oil

1. Charging refrigerant
The CRV+ air cooled AC unit has been charged in factory with 2bar nitrogen to keep the pressure.
Table 3-7 and Table 3-8 give standard charging amount of outdoor unit (different models for different outdoor
temperatures) and indoor unit. Table 3-9 gives standard charging amount for 10m connecting pipe system. You can
determine the refrigerant charging amount according to the system configuration and connecting pipe length of indoor
unit and outdoor unit. If the connection pipe between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is longer than 10m, refill the
refrigerant to the system to ensure normal system operation according to Table 3-10.
