How to check the number of End-of Lines (EOLs) used on a speaker circuit

The is an alternative method of detecting the number of End-of Lines connected to a speaker circuit. Using this procedure it is
possible to determine how many EOL's are connected to a speaker circuit by using the Commissioning tool.
"
Ensure the speaker circuit mismatch error has no Open or Short circuit fault, before conducting the following
test.
If a Mains Powered DAU has an O/C or S/C fault on a speaker circuit then ensure the fault is rectified before conducting these
a
tests to help determine how many End-of Lines are fitted to a speaker circuit.
Try an entry of a different value of EOLs are connected to the speaker circuit in the Commissioning tool's - Mains Powered DAU
b
Configuration window and then transmit the revised configuration to the Vigilon Compact VA panel. Wait for about 2-minutes for
the End-of Line mismatch fault to be rechecked. The fault will reappear if there is still a mismatch of End-of Lines. If however
the fault is removed then this indicates the End-of Lines configured is the same as the End-of Lines fitted to the speaker circuit.
If the mismatch fault has reappeared then repeat this procedure by entering a different End-of Line value at the Commissioning
c
tool.
