Is the output voltage of each pin on P9601 as prescribed?

NO Reconnect the Ac cord tightly and turn on the power again.
NO Replace the power unit (RDENCA237WJQZ) and ac inlet unit
(RUNTKA341WJQZ).
NO Reconnect the wire harnesses and other cables properly set.
NO Check the PS ON signal line PNL POW signal line.
NO Replace the power unit (RDENCA237WJQZ) and ac inlet unit
(RUNTKA341WJQZ).
NO Check the DC/DC converters and control line.
NO Check the DC/DC converters and control line.
