Front Panel Buttons and LEDs
2.3.1
Buttons
CAMERA (1-4)
Displays corresponding camera image, and enters password.
QUAD/SEQ
Switches between 2 x 2 screen mode and sequence mode. Also loads a
Preset View in the PTZ mode.
ARROW
Moves the cursor in the setup dialog boxes, plays, fast forwards and
reviews in the playback mode, and Controls pan and tilt in the PTZ mode.
ENTER
Selects an item in the setup dialog boxes, enters to or exits from edit
mode in the setup dialog boxes, and Pauses in the playback mode.
MENU
Displays the menu dialog box, and displays the search menu in the
playback mode. Also loads the PTZ menu in the PTZ mode.
PTZ
Opens a Pan/Tilt/Zoom screen which allows you to control properly
configured cameras
PANIC
Activates panic recording, so the DVR will record video regardless of the
time-lapse or event recording schedule

LEDs
POWER
Illuminates when the system is on.
NETWORK
Illuminates when the system is networked either via Ethernet or modem.
BACKUP
Illuminates when data is being backed up on the USB backup device.
CAMERA (1-4)
Illuminates when corresponding camera image is displayed.
MENU
Illuminates when the system is in the setup mode.
QUAD/SEQ
Illuminates when the system is in the sequence mode.
PTZ
Illuminates when the system is in the PTZ mode.
PANIC
Illuminates when the system is in the panic recording mode.
